Emma Cook graduated from Vega School of Brand Communications with a BA in Visual Communication, specialising in graphic design. She was top of her class and was given a oversized pencil as a reward. She used the pencil to draw on the back of her degree and now it is blunt and cannot be sharpened.
Lamenting the death of her giant pencil, Emma fled to Cape Town where she lied her way into Am I Collective by assuring them that she made great coffee. Thankfully there was a coffee machine and her lie was never detected, which allowed her to hang out there for the next 3 years. While there she worked on brands from all across the globe. From UK to San Francisco, from Milan to Paris, from Joburg to Cape Town. From Nike to SA Dairy board, from HP to Mini, from Halifax to Cape union mart.
Now, though, Emma is hitting the freelance world. And looking forward to working with a new interesting mix of people. LIKE YOU! |
